They lost my parcels and showed zero sense of urgency or accountability in trying to locate them. Their tracking systems are inefficient, unreliable, and completely out of date, leaving you entirely in the dark. The entire experience from start to finish was mediocre at best, and downright useless at worst. A delivery company's primary job is to get packages from point A to point B without losing them—Pargo fails at the absolute basics. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable courier instead. Extremely disappointing!
