They had to open my parcel to check what was inside

My first time using pargo so the guy at clicks said he needed to open my package to make sure its the one. And he does so while hes opening even when i tell him the waybill number in my phone matches. I dont know if he was nosy or thats just how it operates cos that was really uncomfortable!
