They don't respect your parcels nor time.

Pargo lost my parcel by misdirecting it to the wrong buyer. Yaga said I must claim a refund for my parcel from Pargo. But Pargo is unhelpful to resolve and reimburse my lost parcel. They always say they're following up with another department but it's like the two departments are clueless - the one department told the seller that my parcel which I ordered was lost. The other department told me they're delivering the parcel "on Friday". Come Friday I wait and wait and still no parcel.
