The service I received was poor. There was no feedback provided to me, and nobody took responsibility for the issues I experienced.

I had a very bad experience with Pargo's delivery service. My package was not delivered on the expected date and no one at Pargo was able to track it, or tell me where or when it would be delivered. I received messages after 10 pm, stating that it would be delivered on that day, but the time had already passed.

I spoke to three different people at Pargo and received inconsistent feedback. One day, I was told that the package was in the area, the next day it was still at the warehouse, and the last one said that they were not sure. None of them knew to which delivery hub it would be delivered since we do not have a Pargo in our area.

I have requested that a manager call me several times since 27 March, but I have yet to hear from anyone.
