The parcel hasn't reached its destination

I purchased an item on Yaga on the 4th of August 25, the seller shipped the item on the very same day( Clicks Dobsonvile) to UThando Tuckshop in Katlehong. On the 7th of August they sent message to collect, when I got there no parcel. I sent email that the parcel hasn't arrived, they responded about the matter, while waiting they sent message to collect, I then tracked the parcel it's at Clicks Tzaneen and I'm at Katlehong. I sent them an email again. They responded by saying they the parcel is at Pickup up point selected by who? there's nothing they can do, they will take the parcel back to the seller and it's not the first time Pargo failed to deliver on time. I regret choosing Pargo as courier. Worst courier service. Unhappy customer.
