Terrible experience

The company offers a very terrible service. They got my order last week Wednesday and it was supposed to take 3-4 days for delivery.

Been waiting but I did not get feedback. I just called them and some lady was very rude and even **** that they attempted calling me yesterday but I did not receive any missed call, SMS or an email. I asked her when it’s gonna arrive and she said she does not know neither can she confirm,

She did not even try to put any effort in order to speed the proceed, all she kept on saying is that she does not know.

This company must train their customer service consultants.This is very unacceptable!!!
