Slowest Service

I bought items from TFG and on the 10th of November 2020 I was informed that my parcel (AAAA***) was received by Pargo and the Parcel Delivery Process had started... It has been 14 days now since then and yet my parcel is still sitting at the very same status. I have sent various (three) emails to Pargo Team requesting feedback yet no response/feedback has been provided. I further informed the team that I had to leave town soon for over a month yet they did not bother with anything.

Their service is highly unprofessional, super slow and they do not meet their promises
