Shockingly bad

Wow, service was terrible. I bought a R10000 coffee grinder from bash and it was shipped by Pargo. From the beginning the handling of this has been shockingly bad. My Parcel came from JHB and was supposed to go to Durban but went to Cape Town instead, nobody could find the parcel, I kept on getting emails and messages to go to Forschini to collect but it was not there. Spent probably R300 on airtime trying to track down the order. I was then told by Pargo that it had been found and was now at Forschini in Durban for me to collect. Luckily I have the managers number at Forschini and he told me it was not there again. I finally requested a refund and that was the only thing you guys got right. I will never deal with Bash or Pargo again and I will stick to Takealot. You guys had one chance to convince me to go to Bash rather than Takealot but you guys have failed so bad. Just plain terrible. So sad, missed opportunity.
