SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOSE PARCELS

I have yet to have worked with a more useless company. I run my own business and they have lost 2 of my parcels in 3 weeks and no-one contacts you even though you have a dedicated account manager you deal with a call center each time. I have so many unhappy customers as their customer service is shocking and rude. Will never use this company again
