Shocking and disappointing service from Pargo

Hi There

I am just want to express my disappointment at the service I've been getting from Pargo. I have been waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of December for a purchase I made from Mr Price online.

It was meant to be a gift but it has still not been delivered. I have called at least once a week to track the status of the parcel and no one has been giving me the service that I need. Each time there has been delays to the delivery of the parcel and the delivery address is not even the one I selected. What makes things worse is that I am the one reaching out to Pargo with not even 1 attempt from their side to contact me. Each time I call no one on their side is making notes of what I say and no one is trying to take down my cell number (which they apparently don't have). I wonder how they were going to send me an sms if they don't have my cell no.

I am shocked to learn that no one is taking responsibility that I have dealt with at Pargo. Where is the pride or the urgency? There is none of that. I have paid for this parcel and Pargo's delivery fee as well, so Pargo has been doing me no favors at all. This is the first time I am dealing with Pargo and based on this experience I wouldn't suggest using them. In closing, THEY STILL HAVEN'T DELIVERED MY PARCEL!
