Service discontinued

On about 10 April (it is now 29 April) I made an informed decision to send a parcel via PARGO and not send it with my daughter on her flight as extra baggage as the price was about the same. However, now that she has flown (I needed her to be there to collect the parcel) the option is no longer offered. There was no warning on the website that the service was about to be discontinues, and my informed decision is no longer valid. What to do now?
