Poor Slow Service

I actually thought this is the best corrier service but its really taking too long , and the worse part i have been trying to track my parcel , its not moving , ever since it has been recieved from the company there’s no movement , im waiting for my 2 parcels from different companies to be delivered at clicks but theres no update which means they still have it. Can this process be faster its really frustrating
