Poor Service , their System sucks!

I have ordered from a supplier and my package was couriered to clicks in Centurion mall. By that time I was away in Eastern Cape and couldn't collect. I sent someone to collect it and they said they needed me with my ID. By the time I came back and was able to collect it there was no trace of it on their system and the guy that helped from Clicks told me to come back the following day in the morning so we could call Pargo and enquire about the parcel. I couldn't because I have to be @ work so I contacted Pargo Support and I was told that it was returned because I have missed my collection date now my biggest issue is that the SMS's that they send have no contact number and there is nowhere where they mention collection date.

I am very disappointed by the poor service because the least they could do is let their users that there is a collection date and mention it on the SMS. All they ever give you is that you must contact your supplier!
