Poor service delivery?
I ordered a package on the 25th and it I was suppose to receive on the 1st but till today I have not received my package. It is been a whole week waiting for my parcel and it has not arrived at the courier hub. That means I am still yet to wait for another week. I keep calling and emailing being told that someone will get back to me which they do not. The 2-3 prompt delivery they promise is just a ****.
This is inconveniencing me because my customers are getting frustrated. I do not understand the delay and the hold up.

I checked my parcel and it arrived at the courier hub on the 5th and still no call or answering of texts or emails. My customers are even requesting a refund because they have been patient for far too long. It's close to 2 weeks now waiting for my package to be delivered.
