Poor service

This courier service doesn't care about customers, on the 8th of March I got the message that my parcel arrived at Tfg store and I was supposed to receive OTP from pargo to utilize when collecting my parcel, I wrote an email requesting the OTP n they rep**** that I will receive it shortly which I did not receive till today, yesterday I wrote another email n they did not respond... I want my order cancelled and my account refunded because I've been waiting for long. This is unacceptable!
