Poor service

If I could give a minus 1 star, I would. I would LOVE to understand how it is possible for someone living in the same town as I am and who ordered and paid for a product from the same company as I did, AFTER I did, to receive a parcel before I do. To top it all off, "SYSTEM PROBLEMS" so had to call 4 times. Lady promised to call me back, still waiting. What a waste
