Poor delivery times

Parcel picked up 5 days ago, and no updates on tracking details. It still says it at hub in Johannesburg. They state on their web site that they have customer service availability 7 days a week, yet I could not manage to get hold of them.over the weekend or yesterday. This morning, I spoke to Michelle and I asked her if the parcel will be delivered in next two days, she just laughed at me and said no way it will be delivered this week. She said that it takes 5 to 7 business days to deliver, even while they advertise 2 to 4 days. If I knew that I would have to wait two weeks for my order, I would not have used Clicks!!
