Poor delivery Pargo!

Absolutely ********** service for a courier company! My package has been there for a week and not collected from the collection point. When I inquired they seemed just as confused as to why it was not collected and said they still have time to rectify the matter (according to the fine print) . But I had to call them once again. Furthermore this reflects poorly on my business. Will be sure to avoid using Pargo in future.
