Poo Pargo

My parcel was sent to Pargo on the 14th. I was told it's out for delivery on the 18th. I still haven't received my son's s******. Their gift day at school is on Friday. Someone called me last week and I told him I wasn't home and he told me he's going to return the parcel. That was the first time someone had even called me. With Takealot and Superbalist, I get a call when the order is ready to tell me when they are going to deliver so I can be available. This guy called me telling me he's in my area and he wants to deliver.

The service is disgusting. The guy didn't even offer me an alternative. I asked him if there was somewhere I could collect the parcel myself and he said no and hung up. I need my son's present before Friday. I still need to get it wrapped!
