Pathetic service

I have ordered a parcel and Pargo is supposed to deliver it. I ordered it a week ago and up to now (5 days later) when I track it, it is still saying PARCEL IS AT THE DEPOT. I am frustrated and I am not going to use Pargo ever again in my life.
