Pathetic Service and No feedback at all

Pathetic Service. Got an SMS on Tuesday saying my parcel will be delivered by 5pm, nothing. Called the next morning. Spoke to an arrogant guy, promised to call back and never did. Call yesterday afternoon at 16h45. The lazy consultant put me on hold until after 5pm and then when I tried to call back they were closed. Called again now to get feedback, waiting for a supervisor for 15min and no help. Ref PAR*** - I want my parcel TODAY the 20th May 2022 before 5pm. I don't care about your mess ups, just give me my goods.
