Pathetic Service

Clicks order not delivered 12days after having collected from supplier. Forwarded emails and messages to which they do not bother replying to. Telephonically contacted their Track & Trace and all u get told is the query will be escalated. Ordered Clicks Online on 14 March 2024. Order collected by Pargo 15 March 2024. Today 27th March and im still awaiting feedback/delivery.
