PATHETIC AND USELESS !!

PATHETIC!!

Bought an item online at Tech Co Za who were making use of Pargo to courier it's orders to their clients and got a notification email stating the package would be delivered on the 7th of this month which it hasn't. Every time you call them, they state the package is in the delivery van on its way. Guess what, its the 12th today and still no delivery.

Just to clarify, my delivery address is in Cape Town, in a busy road called Voortrekker located in Parow.....25km from their hub so there should not be any excuses BUT unfortunately Pargo have all the excuses possible. Hopefully Tech Co Za ( which is really awesome in assisting with this matter ) has also realized this and make use of other courier services in future use.
