Pargo’s service is Pathetic

The worst service I have ever received hands down!!. Firstly it took so long to collect my items. Returning the items, the parcel has been sitting at their pick up point for over a week. I tried contacting the company and they advised that they would give me feedback. I have not received feedback and the company is now ignoring my emails. When I call they make up stories and cannot answer my questions. Do not use this courier company, their service is pathetic
