Pargo you are the worst company ever

Pargo is the worst company ever....they took my parcel from the hub at the perfume co Africa on the 09/05/2025 , today is the 22/05/2025 but still l haven't received my perfumes. I've been sending emails, making phone calls using my airtime enquiring about my parcel.Everyday they are escalating my complaint no meaningful feedback from them .they lying saying l am not answering my calls.They are the worst...l don't know why there are still companies working with this courier company nxiii
