Pargo = Worst Service!

I am experiencing the worst service with Pargo Couriers. I ordered clothing from Curve Gear and they use Pargo to do deliveries. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago and after numerous phone calls and emails, nobody can tell me where the parcel is or when I can expect delivery, if ever! I am a very unhappy client!!
