Pargo Stole my parcel and are ignoring me now

I bought a portable blender more than a month ago at Hyperli and it was processed to be delivered through Pargo. I received message that my parcel was delivered even though it was not. I have tried to contact Pargo regarding this matter but they just send me from pillar to post.

I have reported the matter with Hyperli support many times as well but no response.
