Pargo & Skynet 's terrible service

I have had thee most terrible experience with Pargo and Skynet.

I sent a parcel for my client from Bellville South to Durbanville that is about 15.4km on the 27th October 2026, and today is the 06th November and hhey driver keeps saying they deliver the next day.

I have emailed their complaints, support ,***, and other management non responded or did anything

If you are running a business, use a different courier company. My client wants a refund now because the order delivery that should have veen delivered the same day, has taken mpre than a week & still hasn't been delivered.

I am flabbergasted at this level of incompetence
