Pargo should be closed down! Absolutely useless!

I have had the worst experience with them!

My parcel is my graduation outfit which they have had for the past 8 days, everytime I call or email them they tell me it’s being escalated, even when I was speaking with the manager Elroy that’s what he told me? He asked for my number to arrange delivery when this had already been done more than 7 days ago, they are just not getting my parcel to me.

My graduation is this Friday and I don’t have have anything to wear.
