Pargo service

Am really disappointed and disgusted by pargo service. It's been day 7 and I still haven't received my parcel, I've been calling to make a follow up all they say it's that they will get back to me and the dont.. There's no communication from them, I am the one whose always calling them and all they give me it's excuses. I regret using Pargo, I will never in my entire life use pargo. Their services are bad I will not even recommend them to anyone
