Pargo service

This is a terrible courier company. I ordered labels to be delivered and they were sent to a tuck shop in Umlazi for me to collect when I live in Durban North. They sent me a "where would I like them to drop off" choice to click on and I chose Clicks Kensington. The service provider also noted that I would like the parcel sent to Clicks. They mail me a few days later to day the parcel is ready to collect in Umlazi! Then when I query they said unfortunately it's too late to change the collection point once it's already been delivered, even though I stipulated the collection point before it was delivered. Totally shocking!
