PARGO please GO

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to seek help from. I knew they were based in Cape Town when the lady answered the phone surprised that there was someone else at the other end of the phone without even greeting or introducing the company. It was just a surprised hello. It was then confirmed we were in CPT when she promised someone would get back to me to assist me with my issue. This company is rightfully in the cargo business because it is not a people business. The problem is it should outsource its customer care to people that would care about people and their business. I would rather take a bicycle and deliver the parcel myself or use the old postal service.
