PARGO pathetic!!!

One star is actually a compliment. Communication was received about the timing of the delivery of a very important package. After waiting the whole day and making various calls waiting a total of more than 150 minutes listening to a computer voice, I was informed that the driver is running behind schedule and will arrive a little late. I paid an employee overtime to wait for the package - just to find out the package was never even on its way. To have bad service is one thing, but a blatant lie costing the client money and resulting me to go and collect the package at my own cost at their depot because it just is not a priority to deliver it themselves will cause me to NEVER ever use them again!!!!!
