Pargo not good choice for delivery

Have been trying to locate my parcel since 17/12/2019, after the original pick-up point closed on 10/12/2019 and Pargo couldn't deliver. I have called numerous times and always get reply that matter will be escalated or they will advise couriers to deliver to new pick up point. Losing hope that I will ever get my parcel :(
