Pargo no customer relations

Today I have to load a bad review on behalf of my wife. Information given for a delivery was so inacutrate, that it caused my wife to go up and down to town and back, because the tracking says delivery made, but at the drop point no packages was found. Then trying to find out why, she was told that the Secunda mall was identified as a high risk area. Then the person whom she spoke to was so unfit for her job, with NO costomer relations what so ever, just could and would not give any feedback or help with regards to when the packages will be delivered, and because she is the only one in the office, means that the company gives no support to its workers,and probably no training wrt customer relations. No wonder have never heard of this company, and no one wants to make use of them.
