Pargo messed up my chances

The Brand Power Company sent me a box via pargo. Instead Pargo returned the box without delivering it. I phoned to follow up and at the time the box was yet to be given to the courier. Next thing it was returned back! Instead they blame the company. This has messed up my chances of reviewing brand sent to me.
