Pargo lost my parcel

It is the first time I use Pargo and regret ever trusting them with my parcel. Bought shoes from Bata shoes last week on Monday, even today I still don't have my parcel. they send messages that i should collect but the parcel is not at the store in Bloemfontein. After my investigation with the store we discovered that my parcel has been delivered in Midrand. But Pargo doesn't know where it is and they are doing basically nothing except to tell me that they are investigating.
