Pargo is the WORST, 2 months with NO solution

Pargo is the WORST delivery company I've ever experienced. They put the wrong waybill on my parcel so the receiver got someone else's parcel. It has been over 2 months and they still have not found my actual parcel. Every time you call you speak to a different person who promises to call back. THEY DONT. There's no consistency. They keep resending the same wrong parcel back and forth but can't tell me what happened to my original parcel. I will NEVER use them again. They never once apologised or gave me a solution. Good luck to anyone who needs any amount of assistance with them.
