Pargo is promising us lies

Im experiencing bad service, im from Fst and im writing this on my downliner's behave her parcel was sent to the wrong address Pargo gave us another tracking number and said it should have been received by the 2nd October but we still haven't received the parcel

They are ruining business with our customers as we are distributors I hope the come to their senses and give us our parcel
