Pargo *********** customer service

First time using Pargo and buying from Faithful To Nature. Pargo pick-up point person is never available when I go to pick up my parcel. They changed their operating hours without updating it on the webistes. Neither Pargo and Faithful To Nature wants to take accountability for this inconvenience. I've called and e-mailed but no assistance.
