Pargo - get your sorry ass into gear and sack your useless courier

Ordered from Applebee in Johannesburg on Wednesday 5 June 2024- parcel was ready for collection at 1pm. Waited for two whole days for Pargo to collect the parcel. Sent two complaints to their website. Tried unsuccessfully to phone their help line. Got through eventually on Friday 7 June only to be told that I had phoned "after office hours". No response to either of my complaints. Applebee have been on their case with no success. I feel really sorry for Clicks who are always fantastic. Pargo needs to sack their useless courier.
