Pargo ****ed up service

Their service sucks. I ordered my products via Cocosmetic connection and they said my order will be delivered via Pargo. It's been weeks now my order being at Pargo courier hub. I've called them numerous times and they keep on saying they will escalate my query and my order will be out for delivery the same day. I keep on getting the same response every day but my order is not being delivered.
