Pargo delivery not great experience

I received a message from Pargo on 28 August that my parcel will be delivered soon.

To date I have not received it. Numerous communications, telling me every day it is out for delivery and then I don't receive it. Apparently the vehicle broke down on Thursday, will be delivered on Friday, yet no delivery. Called them on Saturday, tell me they don't deliver over weekends I must wait for Monday to be escalated. Receive a message late Saturday, it is delivered and ready for collection. I go to the collection point on Sunday and nothing is there.

Dear Pargo, where is my parcel and when will it be delivered???

Can someone please contact me and assist?
