Pargo Couriers worst service

I dropped off a parcel around 10 o' clock on Thursday morning at Clicks Mayville, a Pargo collection point. By Friday the Pargo courier has still not collected the parcel. Today is Tuesday morning, 5 days later. The parcel is still there at Clicks. Pargo's feedback to me is feeble at the least. Instead of sorting out the courier person they have all sorts of excuses.
