PARGO COURIERS ARE A ****

The worst courier company ever!

They keep sending emails saying that they are going to deliver the package before 5pm, then they send another email saying that they are unable to deliver. No driver showed up and no phone call was received. When I do follow ups with the call center they say they have escalated the matter and a driver will call me back. But guess what..... Two weeks later still no phone call and no delivery.

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. They are a ****. Never use Pargo Couriers.
