Pargo Courier services is the worst!!!! I would never recommend to anyone I know

The worst courier services ever. I had mad a purchase through a different seller whom I would assume only uses the services of Pargo for delivery. It's been +- 3 weeks of waiting for the parcel which every time I get an email notification that delivery has been unsuccessful, the communication is close to non existence, the customer service is even worse, they have been hanging up the call each and every time we have been attempting to track our parcel. Finally they tell us that we must wait outside for the entire duration of waiting for the delivery as their drivers do not have to call us because they do not get compensated for those cost. My question is; how does delivery fail in a small complex with a security guard and a parcel addressed to a unit number? Honestly if I could contact the seller I would just cancel my order instead of dealing with such an *********** bunch. If they do not compensate airtime they should be designing a more conducive app to allow drivers to communicate with the recipients, instead of having to stand outside the whole day or peeping through the window like a nosey neighbor
