Pargo Courier is disgusting

Ive placed an order with Cape Union Mart on the 26th November 2020, was send a message that Pargo will be delivering my parcel, when I trace the parcel via their tracking app, it keeps telling me its on the way, to my surprise when I call Pargo to enquire how far is my parcel I was told its still at Cape Union Mart, this so unfair and utter disgusting, I mean I'm home waiting for my parcel that I paid for, I cant go anywhere incase they come and not find me home, their service is so pathetic, uncalled for and *******
