Pargo cannot deliver a parcel

A parcel delivery by Pargo which states 7-day turnaround, has still, 12 days later not arrived. I have sent numerous emails, including to a senior manager/director who has not responded once. I have chased Pargo daily and each day there is another excuse. Never, ever use Pargo
