PARGO BETTER THAN ALL THE REST

After not enjoying, what can only be described as dismal, rude, bulldusting and pathetic customer experiences at the hands of courier companies and their equally dysfunctional drives who either do not arrive at the agreed time or day or are lacking any form of the ability to interact with customers, I had a chance to experience PARGO.

What a difference...and although I elected to collect the parcel at the drop off point, my local Clicks, what a great experience. No waiting the entire day for a bullduster in a van who was supposed to arrive in the morning, and only arrives in the afternoon (whilst I have to wait for him), no rude driver who has zero knowledge on how to deal with customers and just an experience with a Clicks staff member who are Customer facing and know how to deal with Customers. Just a friendly and great customer experience plus the added benefit and convenience in being able to do shopping at the store ...so the store also benefits.

The Pargo experience works and is such a refreshing alternative to the current bullduster in a van / rude driver in a van that are flung on us by the larger more established firms. Potential clients reading this, just use Pargo the customer experience is just better. I wouldn't want my customers to be treated as I was at the hands of the driver of the yellow co with Courier (in) it(s) name or the ****s and bulldusters in a van from the other firms.

So impressive is this service that I have recommended them to a very large client and I really hope that they get the business. These are businesses that deserve to be supported and the recognition through channels such as HelloPeter. It just works.
