Pargo and sub courier

Parcel received 27/10/2021

Sub courier has been in the area to drop off parcels 3 times, claims there was no one to receive parcel, despite there being two houses on the property with both having workers in the home all day and my home having two adults in the home at all times, no missed call received

5/11/2021 Driver phoned while recipient was in a invigilation for final exam from the depo in East London. Sent a message stating they have been trying to deliver my parcel since Wednesday, then left my parcel in East London at the depo despite coming to Fort Beaufort today. When contacting supervisor Marius and driver they simple say I must wait for my parcel until the next time they service the area. Names given on the phone and True-Caller name not the same.
